What to expect
Morgans Farm Fishery is a quiet coarse fishery set in open Essex countryside near Ingatestone. The lakes are sheltered and easy to fish, suited to pleasure anglers, families and more serious session anglers alike. Day tickets run through normal opening hours, evening sessions give you a shorter, relaxed visit after work, and night fishing is available when booked in advance. All fishing is subject to the fishery rules, which keep the fish healthy and the banks tidy for everyone. If you are new to the venue, call ahead and we will point you to the right swims.

Day fishing
£12 per angler — concessions £10
Standard day tickets for anglers visiting during normal opening hours. Concession rate of £10 for juniors, over-65s and registered disabled anglers. Guests can be added at £5 each for the day.
Evening sessions
£6 per angler, from 4pm
A shorter, relaxed evening visit from 4pm until close. A good option if you want a few hours on the bank after work without committing to a full day.
Night fishing
£25 per angler — book in advance
Night fishing must be booked in advance and is subject to the fishery rules. Guests can be added at £10 each for a night session. Call to check availability and confirm your swim before you travel.
The process
How it works

Call or send an enquiry, especially for night fishing, which must be booked in advance.

Arrive within opening hours: 6am to 6pm in summer, 7am to 5pm or dusk in winter.

Pay on arrival and set up in a designated swim, with landing net and unhooking mat ready.
- 4
Fish barbless, single hook only, with a maximum of two rods per angler.
